Room was disappointing. Both the safe and kettle in the room had to be changed out. The hair dryer in the toilet did not work too and I did not bother by then as I was getting frustrated. Air conditioning in the room was barely cool and the thermostat did nothing for temperature control. Hygiene was poor, the carpet felt very dirty and the silicon seals in the washroom were all covered in mould. Even the tap at the basin was obviously a badly thought replacement as it does not reach far enough into the basin. Unless you turn on the tap for larger flows, smaller flows will just trickle out of the basin at the edge.

Room was ok however the location nearby to the shopping mall is dead, most of the shop is closed down permanently. There is alot of food nearby the hotel. Large swimming pool too

Located near to many restaurant and malls, alot of coffee choices as well. They allowed for early checkin. Breakfast has a lot of option and all is very good.

Nice location near Mangga Dua mall, very nice breakfast , nice swimming pool and spacious deluxe king room. But the bathroom has two disadvantages, no door or cover for the shower box and no toilet hose which are very inconvenient.

The hot water of bath tub is not transparent water, which is slightly dark. And last evening, there was incident of no water supply for about two hours, after which, the hot water remains very brownish color. In the room, there was noise, which, I don't know from where comes. It may be boiler? Unfortunately, I didn't have time to swim. The swimming pool looks like very good. The variety of breakfast is very good and tasty, including the local food. Manga dua square shopping center has a lot of vacancy and not busy, which, I find almost to be closed down.

リフォームされた部屋で心地は良かったですがクーラーの音がうるさいのと冷蔵庫がほぼ冷えない＆セーフティボックスが壊れてました。朝食は現地料理ばかりで口に合わないのが多かったのが正直な感想です。洋食か中華を増やしてほしいです。この建物に併設されてるモールはほぼ廃墟で地下のスーパーぐらいしか使えるのはありません。また１階にあるコンビニも深夜は閉まります。トータルではコスパは決して悪くないと思います
